Completing the Social Impact course through the Certificate I in Transition Education 22129VIC, an accredited course, delivered by Pathways to Care, in partnership with Melba, can give you even more skills to help create your place in your community.

  • Community Participation
  • Goal Setting 

Friendly, helpful, skilled and qualified trainers! 

Course length and time can vary by negotiation but generally either a day/week or 2 half days for about 40 weeks and we will arrange training at a place that suits you. Several agencies have chosen to have groups at their venues. 

Certificate I Transition Education 22129VIC is a course that enables learners with disability or special learning needs that impact on their learning, to improve their post school educational options and to find their most appropriate option in the community.
